Spicy Chicken Bacon Ranch Panini

8 Jun

Now that the weather is warmer our family is spending more time on the go and outside getting things done.  OK, well sometimes we get things done, most of the time we play!  Before we realize the time, it’s already past dinner time and I hadn’t even thought about what I was going to make.  So lately I have been making a lot of sandwiches to save time so we can eat and then get back outside!

This goodie that I am going to share with you today is something  you can have from fridge to plate in less than 15 minutes.  Normally, my meat loving man cringes when I serve chicken, but he loved this sandwich!  This Chicken Bacon Ranch Panini is very flavorful and is also pretty filling, it’s sure to satisfy everyone!

Here is what’cha need:

  • cooked chicken breasts
  • cooked bacon
  • cheddar cheese
  • roasted red peppers
  • green onions
  • spicy ranch dressing
  • salt / pepper
  • cooking spray
  • French loaf bread dough

Here is what’cha do:

  • Cook chicken, bacon & cut up your veggies
  • Unroll dough and cut into four rectangles
  • Heat and spray grill
  • Heat 2 rectangles at a time on the grill for about 1-2 minutes or until they are slightly brown. Do all your bread

  • Prep your sandwiches :  Spread the spicy ranch dressing on each slice of bread, add chicken, bacon, cheese, onions and red peppers, top with more cheese.

  • Stuff that bad boy in your grill or Panini maker and try to wipe the drool from your chin
  • Cook for about 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted and your sandwich is browned to your liking.

And there you have it.  A handful of cheesy, gooey, spicy and flavorful goodness.   My mouth is actually watering right now at the thought of it!   So flipping good!!!

Let me know if you try it and what you think.  If you have any other great quick sandwich ideas, please leave me a comment or link to share so I can try a new recipe!

Have a great weekend, friends!!
